C-Suite Insights (CSI)

C-Suite Insights (CSI) is a Nashville-based executive leadership program hosted by the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. It focuses on developing employees for future leadership opportunities and c-suite positions. Participants will learn from top executives about their failures and successes, as well as the key lessons they learned along the way. From a pandemic and digital transformation to civil unrest, registrants will learn lessons that come from years of experience. Program speakers hold different positions in the c-suite, representing different industries in tech, healthcare, music, sports, banking, non-profit and more. Program participants will complete the following assessments and coaching sessions: Predictive Index You must first understand yourself before you can LEAD others. The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) The only personality assessment that identifies the dark side. (This assessment comes with one personalized coaching session for each participant.) EQi 2.0 Develop the self-awareness and emotional intelligence of an authentic leader.
