Black Belt Certification Program

The primary objective of this two-week course is to equip individuals with the skills to improve organizational performance by effectively acquiring and interpreting data and generating management action based on the insights gained. Additional topics, such as leadership skills, mentoring others, and conducting successful meetings will be covered in pursuit of a holistic Black Belt educational experience. In addition to the classroom learning, the Black Belt candidate will work a rigorous project determined to provide significant ROI to the organization with faculty mentoring throughout the project.
